What you can do on jupo.world

Your child plays in the Jupo World app. The website is for you, the grown-up. Here is what it does today.

Updated 3 October 2026

Your child plays Jupo World in the app on a phone or tablet. The website, jupo.world, is for you. It never shows games or adverts to your child.

What you can do once you sign in

  • See your family: your children's first names and your plan.
  • Connect the app on your child's device to the website with a short code. Read Connect the app with a Connect code.
  • Use a code from a card, a festival or a friend. Read Use a code.
  • Download a copy of your family's data, remove a child, or delete the family account. Read Your data.
  • On your Account page: see how you sign in, choose a language, see your country and your support code, and sign out everywhere.

What the website does not do yet

  • You can't buy a subscription on the website yet. Subscriptions are bought in the App Store or Google Play. Read Subscriptions bought in the stores.
  • You can't invite another grown-up yet. Read Another grown-up in the family.
  • Your devices and your child's progress are not shown on the website yet.
  • Playing Jupo World in a web browser is not open yet.

We open these parts one by one. This help centre always describes what the website does today.
