Your data, and how to download it

Everything about your family's data is on the Privacy page when you are signed in. Only the family owner can download or delete the family's data.

What we keep

• For each child: the name you typed (if any), age, avatar, the games played and when, and the skills practised.
• For the family: your email (if you added one), your choices, your plan, and the phones and browsers you turned on for progress notes.

We plan to delete a family's data once nobody in the family has used Jupo World for 24 months, and to email you first if we have your address. This is not switched on yet.

Download a copy

1. Sign in and open Privacy.
2. Under Download your data, choose Download my data.
3. Your file downloads straight away. The page also lists what is in it.

You can download your data 3 times a day. If your file is too big to download on the website, write to privacy@little-grandmasters.com and we will help.

Your consent record

The Privacy page also lists every yes and no you gave us, with the date: for example the parent check, the terms and progress emails. You can read this list, but not change it there. It shows your 500 most recent choices. For the full list, write to privacy@little-grandmasters.com.

We may ask you to confirm it's you

If you signed in a while ago, we ask you to sign in again before we go on: with Apple or Google in a small window, or with Email me a link if you sign in with email. Open the link in the same browser, then come back and choose Continue. The check lasts 5 minutes.
