Remove a child
How to remove one child and their progress, on the website or in the app.
Removing a child deletes their progress, games and avatar on every phone, tablet and browser in your family. Your other children stay as they are. Only the family owner can do this.
On the website
- Sign in. On your family page, find the child and choose Remove with their name. You can also start from Privacy, under Remove a child.
- Read what will be removed and choose Continue.
- Type REMOVE to confirm, then choose Remove with the child's name.
We may ask you to confirm it's you first, with Apple, Google or a link we email you.
Your other devices drop the child the next time they connect.
The first child on the account
The first child on an account can only be removed by deleting the whole family account. Read Delete your family's account.
In the app
You can also remove a child in the app's parent area.
This can't be undone
If you might want the progress later, download your data first.
