Find my account
Answer two questions and we show you the way back to your family: which device your child played on, and how you signed in there.
Your child's progress is kept on the sign-in that was used in the app. Find the situation that fits you below.
iPhone or iPad, signed in with Apple
Sign in on the website with Continue with Apple, using the same Apple ID as on the device. Your family is there.
If you chose Hide My Email when you signed in with Apple, still use Continue with Apple, not an email link.
Android, signed in with Google
Sign in on the website with Continue with Google, using the same Google account as on the device.
Signed in with email in the app
Sign in on the website with Continue with email and use the same address. We send you a sign-in link.
Never signed in on the device, or not sure
Your family may be saved on the device only. Connect it with a code from the app:
- On your child's device, open Jupo World and go to the parent area.
- Tap Account, then Show a Connect code.
- On your computer, go to Connect a device and type the code.

My app has no Account page
Your app is an older version. Update Jupo World from the App Store or Google Play, then open the parent area again. Read My app has no Connect code.
If you can't update the device, open the parent area and find your Player ID. Write to us with it and we will help you.
I signed in and see "Find your family"
That sign-in has no family yet. Read I signed in but see no children.
The family belongs to the other parent
Each grown-up keeps their own sign-in. Please don't share an Apple ID or Google account. Read Two homes.
Still stuck
Write to us. Tell us your support code or Player ID if you have one, and which device your child plays on. Please don't include your child's full name.
