Two homes

When your child plays at two homes, such as with separated parents or at a grandparent's.

Updated 3 October 2026

Many children play Jupo World at two homes. Here is how to keep one set of progress for your child.

Never share an Apple ID or Google account

Please don't share your Apple ID, Google account or email sign-in with the other grown-up. Each of you keeps your own.

Add the other home's device to your family

If the device at the other home is new to Jupo World, or your child hasn't played on it yet, the family owner can add it with a Connect code:

  1. On that device, open Jupo World, go to the parent area, tap Account, then Show a Connect code.
  2. The owner, signed in on the website, types the code on the Connect page within 10 minutes. We may ask the owner to confirm it's them.
  3. On the device, tap Continue, then close Jupo World and open it again.

The device now plays in your family, with the same progress and the same plan.

If both homes already have their own family

When each home set up Jupo World with its own sign-in, the child has progress in two families. We don't join families that belong to two different grown-ups. Each keeps their own for now.

Soon the family owner will be able to invite the other grown-up into the family. Read Another grown-up in the family.

Subscriptions

A subscription covers the family it was bought for, up to 4 children. If both homes pay for Jupo World and you are not sure what to do, write to us.
