Sign in on jupo.world
Sign in with Apple, Google or an email link. Use the same way you signed in on your child's device.
There is no password to remember. You sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a link we send to your email.
Use the same way as on your child's device
Your family lives on the sign-in you used in the app. Use the same one on the website, and your family is there.
- On an iPhone or iPad, the app usually used Apple.
- On Android, the app usually used Google.
- In newer versions of the app you can also sign in with email. If you did, use the same email address here.
Not sure, or you never signed in on the device? Use a code from the app instead. Read Connect the app with a Connect code.
How to sign in
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Choose Continue with Apple, Continue with Google or Continue with email.
- With Apple or Google, a window opens. Finish there and you come back signed in.
- With email, type your address and choose Send me a sign-in link. Open the link on the same device. If you open it somewhere else, we ask for your email address again to make sure the link is yours.
The link comes from Jupo World. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. A sign-in link works once. If it has expired or was already used, ask for a new one. You can ask for 3 links in 15 minutes.
In newer versions of the app, signing in with email uses a 6 digit code instead of a link. If your app does not offer email sign-in yet, use Apple or Google there.
If you chose Hide My Email with Apple
Apple gave Jupo World a private relay address instead of your real one. The website can't match your real address to that Apple account, so please use Continue with Apple rather than an email link.
Keep me signed in
Tick Keep me signed in on this device only on your own phone or computer. Read Signing in on a shared computer.
