Signing in on a shared computer
How long you stay signed in, what Keep me signed in does, and how to sign out everywhere.
Your family's details are private, so the website signs you out on its own.
Without Keep me signed in
This is the right choice on a shared or public computer.
- After 15 minutes with nothing happening, we hide your family's details and ask you to sign in again.
- You are signed out when you close the browser, and after 24 hours at the latest.
With Keep me signed in
Tick Keep me signed in on this device on the sign-in page only on your own phone or computer.
- You stay signed in on this device for up to 14 days.
- If you don't visit for 7 days, you sign in again.
Your Account page shows which of the two you chose on this device.
Signing out
- Sign out on the Account page signs you out of this browser.
- Sign out of the website everywhere signs you out in every browser where you are signed in to jupo.world.
Signing out of the website never stops the app. Your child keeps playing on their devices as usual.
Forgot to sign out on another computer?
Sign in on your own device, open Account, and choose Sign out of the website everywhere.
