Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play
What Jupo World Pro includes, where you buy it, how it shows on the website, and how refunds work.
What you get
The first series of missions is free. Jupo World Pro unlocks full, unlimited content with a monthly or annual subscription. One subscription covers up to 4 children on one family account. There are no ads and no other paid games for children.
Where you buy it
You buy Pro in the App Store or Google Play, inside the app's parent area, at the price shown there for your country. Only a grown-up can approve a purchase.
You can't buy a subscription on the website yet.
How it shows on the website
When you sign in, your family page shows Your plan:
- Jupo World Pro, with the date it runs until when we know it;
- All games unlocked;
- or Free plan.
Pro works on every device signed in to your family.
Change or cancel
You manage or cancel your subscription in the store where you bought it. Read Cancel in the App Store or Cancel on Google Play.
Deleting the app, or deleting your Jupo World account, does not cancel a store subscription.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in their stores, under their own rules.
- App Store: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: follow Google's refund help.
