Cancel on Google Play
How to cancel a Jupo World subscription you bought on an Android phone or tablet.
Google handles subscriptions bought on Google Play. We can't cancel them for you.
On an Android phone or tablet
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture at the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Jupo World.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
Use the Google account that made the purchase. If you don't see Jupo World, the subscription may be on another Google account, or it was bought in the App Store.
You can also open your Google Play subscriptions in a browser.
What happens after you cancel
Your family keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Then it moves to the free plan. Your children's progress stays.
Deleting the app is not cancelling
Deleting Jupo World from the device, or deleting your Jupo World account, does not stop the subscription. Cancel it on Google Play first.
