Cancel in the App Store

Apple handles subscriptions bought on an iPhone or iPad. We can't cancel them for you.

On an iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Jupo World.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Use the Apple ID that made the purchase. If you don't see Jupo World in the list, the subscription may be on another Apple ID, or it was bought on Google Play.

You can also open your App Store subscriptions in a browser.

What happens after you cancel

Your family keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Then it moves to the free plan. Your children's progress stays.

Apple renews a subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Deleting the app is not cancelling

Deleting Jupo World from the device, or deleting your Jupo World account, does not stop the subscription. Cancel it in the App Store first.
