Use a code

Codes go to a family, so you use them on the website, signed in as the grown-up. The app has no field for typing codes.

Before you start

• Sign in with the same way you use on your child's device.
• Your family must be connected. A family starts in the Jupo World app. If the website can't find one on your sign-in, connect your child's device first. Read Connect the app with a Connect code.
• Tell us your country, if we don't have it yet. It takes a moment.

How to use your code

1. Go to the redeem page.
2. If you are not signed in, choose Sign in and continue. Your code stays in this browser tab while you sign in.
3. Type your code. Dashes and spaces are fine.
4. Choose Use this code.

What happens next

• "Done! Jupo World Pro is on". Your family has Pro until the date shown. It works on every device signed in to your family.
• "Your code is saved". Your family already has Pro through the App Store or Google Play. We save the extra days for you. They start when that subscription ends, so you never pay for the same days twice.
• "Your offer is saved". This offer is for paying on jupo.world, which is not open yet. There is nothing to do now. The offer waits on your family until the date shown, and you won't need the code again.

Is it a Connect code?

A Connect code has 8 letters and numbers and comes from the app's Account page. It links a device, it doesn't give an offer. Use it on the Connect page.
