When a code doesn't work
What each message on the redeem page means, and what to do.
Here is what each message on the redeem page means.
"That code doesn't look right"
Check each character, especially the last one. The letters O and I are easy to mix up with 0 and 1. We read O as 0 and I or L as 1 for you in most codes.
"We could not find that code"
Check the code again on the card or in the message. If it still doesn't work, write to us with a photo of the card or the message.
"This code has already been used"
Each code works for one family. If it was used on your family, you will see "You already used this code" instead. If you bought the code and someone else used it, write to us and we will sort it out.
"This code does not work right now"
The code may have ended, or its offer has not started yet. Check the dates on the card.
"This offer is for families new to Jupo World Pro"
Some offers are only for families who have not had Pro before. You could pass the code on to another family.
"Your family already has Jupo World Pro for good"
You don't need this code. You could pass it on to another family.
"This code does not work in your country"
Some codes are made for one country. If you think your country is wrong on your account, read Your country, and Turkey.
"That looks like a Connect code"
Connect codes link your child's device to your family. Use it on the Connect page instead.
"That code is from a school letter"
School letter codes work on a different page that is not open yet. Keep the letter.
"This account cannot use this code"
The parent who set up the family can use it.
"That was a lot of tries"
Please wait a while, then try again.
"Codes are not open yet"
We are finishing the last part. Keep your code and try again soon.
