Add a way to sign in

When you connect without being signed in, your family may not have a way to sign in on the website yet. Right after connecting, the website offers to add one.

Add Google or Apple

Choose Add Google or Add Apple and finish in the window that opens. From then on you can sign in with that account on any computer or phone and see your family.

Add your email

Type your email address under the buttons and choose Send the link. We email you a link from Jupo World. Open it in the same browser within 15 minutes, and your email is added to the family. From then on you can sign in with Continue with email.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. If the link has expired, connect again with a new code from the app.

Do it straight away

For your family's safety, a new way to sign in can only be added in the first few minutes after connecting, or right after you confirm it's you. If you wait too long, make a new Connect code in the app and connect again.

Skip for now

If you choose Skip for now, this sign-in ends when you close the browser. Next time, you need a new code from the app.

"This family already has a sign-in of that kind"

The family already uses another Google or Apple account. Sign in with that one, or try another way.

"This email already belongs to another Jupo World account"

That address is already a way into a different family, so we can't add it here. Write to hello@jupo.world and we'll help.

"You have two Jupo families"

The account you picked already has its own family with progress. Nothing is lost. Read You have two Jupo families.
