Subscription Terms
Draft for legal review.
Our lawyers are still checking this text, so it may change before it takes effect.
These terms explain how a Jupo World subscription works. They add to our Terms of Service. Codes and offers are covered by our Code Terms.
1. What a subscription gives you
A subscription unlocks all of Jupo World's games and characters for your family, for up to 4 children on one family account. It works on every device where your family's account is used: iPhone and iPad, Android and the game in a web browser.
Apple Family Sharing is not used: the subscription belongs to the family account in Jupo World, not to an Apple family group.
2. Where you can subscribe
- In the app, through the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android). Apple or Google takes the payment and their terms apply to it as well as these.
- On jupo.world (not open yet). When it opens, it will open country by country, starting with the United Kingdom and the United States. It is not available to people who live in Turkey.
Prices on jupo.world will be the same as in the App Store and Google Play in your country. There is no lifetime plan on jupo.world.
3. Plans, trials and renewal
- Plans are monthly or annual. The price, the billing period and any trial are shown before you pay.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. If the price changes, we or the store will tell you in advance and, where the law requires, ask you to agree.
- A free trial is offered only to families who have not had one before. You need to give a payment method; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before.
- An offer from a code (for example a discount or a longer trial) changes the price or trial as described when you use it.
4. How to cancel
- App Store: open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Google Play: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- jupo.world (when open): sign in and open your billing page, or use the cancellation link in every receipt and at the bottom of our website. You will not need to talk to anyone or answer questions to cancel.
When you cancel, the subscription keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Deleting your Jupo World account does not cancel a store subscription.
5. Refunds
- App Store and Google Play purchases: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Ask them directly. We cannot refund store purchases ourselves.
- jupo.world purchases: see section 6 for your right to withdraw. Outside that right, write to us and we will look at every request fairly.
6. Your right to withdraw (jupo.world purchases in the UK and EU)
If you live in the UK or the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. A subscription on jupo.world starts as soon as you pay, so at checkout we ask you to request that access starts straight away and to confirm you understand that your right to withdraw then ends once access starts. We cannot delay the start of a subscription, so we sell it only with that request. You can still cancel at any time so it does not renew.
You can withdraw using the "Withdraw from your contract" function on our website, which is available for the whole withdrawal period. We will confirm your withdrawal by email.
[PLACEHOLDER: PH-11 refund process for jupo.world purchases. Little Grandmasters Limited is the seller; payments run through RevenueCat Web Billing on our Stripe account (decided 20 Oct 2026)]
7. When we confirm your purchase
After your first paid purchase on jupo.world for your own family, we send our own confirmation email, which includes our Children's Privacy Notice and a link to change your consent choices. This is part of how we check that a parent is in charge of the account.
8. Contact
Billing questions: hello@jupo.world. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
