Your support code
A short code that helps us find your family quickly when you ask for help.
Your support code has 8 letters and numbers and looks like K7QM-2XRA. There is one per family.
Where to find it
- On the website: sign in and open Account. The code is under Support code.
- In the app: newer versions of the app show it on the Account page in the parent area.
If you don't see a support code yet, that is fine. Older versions of the app show a Player ID in the parent area instead. It helps us in the same way.
Is it safe to share?
Yes, with us. The support code only helps us find your family. It does not let anyone into your account.
It is not the same as a Connect code. A Connect code is made in the app when you ask for one, works for 10 minutes and connects a device. Never share a Connect code with someone you don't know.
