Make a privacy request

Use this form if you are a parent or guardian and want to see, correct or delete the data we hold about your family, or object to how we use it. You do not need to sign in.

If you can sign in, it's quicker to do it yourself: your family area has a Privacy page, where you can download your data, remove a child or delete the family straight away. See how to delete your account for all the options.

What happens next

  • We reply to the email address you give us within one business day.
  • To protect your family, we check that the account is yours before we share or delete anything. We will write to you to confirm it is you, and usually ask for the support code (or the Player ID on older versions of the app) shown in the app's parent area.
  • We complete your request within one month at the latest, and tell you if we need longer and why.

Please keep it short

Tell us only what we need to find the account. Please don't include your child's full name, photos or anything else about your child.
